A variation of fine Lebkuchen with dried fruit coated in the finest dark chocolate. 100g
The original Metzger honey dough is "cooked" exclusively with honey from Austria and stored in its raw state for over half a year. This allows the dough to mature naturally, until it is processed into Lebkuchen with only spices and without the addition of eggs, fat, preservatives, or flavorings.
Thanks to the honey in the dough, the Lebkuchen has a particularly long shelf life. If the Lebkuchen becomes dry, Oma Metzger recommends: Place it in a container overnight with a sliced apple.
The high-quality chocolate coatings delight with an intense chocolate flavor and combine perfectly with the Lebkuchen and the fillings. The chocolate is made only with cocoa butter without the addition of foreign fats and refined with natural Bourbon vanilla.
Ingredients: WHEAT FLOUR, honey (35% in the dough), RYE FLOUR, figs, aranzini (orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, acidifier: E330), chocolate coating (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, SOY LECITHIN), HAZELNUTS, candied lemon peel (lemon peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, emulsifier: E330), yellow sugar, glucose, spices, ammonium, potash.
