The Lebkuchen pralines are filled with fine layers of the original mild Metzger Lebkuchen as well as various varieties of marzipan, fruit, nuts and jelly.

The original Metzger honey dough is exclusively "cooked" with honey from Austria and stored in its raw state for over half a year. This allows the dough to mature naturally, until it is processed into Lebkuchen with only spices and without the addition of eggs, fat, preservatives or flavorings.
Thanks to the honey in the dough, the Lebkuchen is particularly long-lasting. If the Lebkuchen becomes dry, Oma Metzger recommends: Put it in a container overnight with a cut-open apple.
Metzger Lebkuchen pralines are exclusively filled with high-quality Lübeck marzipan with 52% almonds. The particularly tasty, roasted marzipan mass for Metzger Lebkuchen consists exclusively of almonds from the Mediterranean region.
The high-quality chocolate coatings enchant with an intense chocolate flavor and combine perfectly with the Lebkuchen and the fillings. The chocolate is made only with cocoa butter without the addition of foreign fats and refined with natural Bourbon vanilla.
