6 handmade Lebkuchen pralines filled with orange marzipan and coated in dark chocolate
The original Metzger honey dough is "cooked" exclusively with honey from Austria and stored in its raw state for over half a year. This allows the dough to mature naturally until it is processed into Lebkuchen with only spices and without the addition of eggs, fat, preservatives, or flavorings.
Thanks to the honey in the dough, the Lebkuchen has a particularly long shelf life. If the Lebkuchen becomes dry, Oma Metzger recommends: Place it in a container overnight with a sliced apple.
Metzger Lebkuchen pralines are filled exclusively with high-quality Lübeck marzipan containing 52% almonds. The particularly tasty, roasted marzipan mass for Metzger Lebkuchen consists exclusively of almonds from the Mediterranean region.
The high-quality chocolate coatings enchant with an intense chocolate flavor and combine perfectly with the Lebkuchen and the fillings. The chocolate is made only with cocoa butter without the addition of foreign fats and refined with natural Bourbon vanilla.
Ingredients: Orange marzipan (50% ALMONDS, sugar, glucose syrup, orange juice concentrate, citric acid, glycerin, gum arabic, water, turmeric extract, stabilizer: sorbitol), RYE FLOUR, honey (35% in the dough), WHEAT FLOUR, chocolate coating (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, emulsifier: SOY LECITHIN), yellow sugar, dextrose, spices, ammonium, potash.
