This Metzger praline tin delights with its very high-quality print and vibrant colors and is filled with 9 different Lebkuchen pralines. The varieties include juicy almond-marzipan pralines, fruity aranzini Lebkuchen pralines, and hazelnut-raisin Lebkuchen pralines, along with strongly marzipan-oriented varieties with orange or pistachio, as well as hazelnut-rum, all coated in milk chocolate.
Domino jelly and marzipan cubes, as well as Lebkuchen jelly cubes, are also included in the tin. The newer varieties from the Metzger chocolate range are also a must: the Mozart pralines with pistachio marzipan and high-quality nougat, or the poppy-Zwetschken Lebkuchen pralines with the filling inspired by the Waldviertel.
The original Metzger honey dough is exclusively "cooked" with honey from Austria and stored in its raw state for over half a year. This allows the dough to mature naturally until it is processed into Lebkuchen with only spices and without the addition of eggs, fat, preservatives, or flavorings.
Thanks to the honey in the dough, the Lebkuchen is particularly long-lasting. If the Lebkuchen becomes dry, Oma Metzger recommends: Place it in a container overnight with a sliced apple.
Metzger Lebkuchen pralines are exclusively filled with high-quality Lübeck marzipan containing 52% almonds. The particularly delicious, roasted marzipan mass for Metzger Lebkuchen consists exclusively of almonds from the Mediterranean region.
The high-quality chocolate coatings enchant with an intense chocolate flavor and combine perfectly with the Lebkuchen and the fillings. The chocolate is made only with cocoa butter without the addition of foreign fats and refined with natural Bourbon vanilla.
