Almond: Finest marzipan from high-quality Mediterranean almonds
Aranzini: A fruity filling of dried and candied orange peels with orange jam.
Hazelnut-Raisin: A filling of hazelnuts and raisins with a light alcohol taste with a touch of marzipan
Pistachio: Deep green finest pistachio marzipan from Mediterranean almonds and pistachios
The original Metzger honey dough is exclusively "cooked" with honey from Austria and stored in its raw state for over half a year. This allows the dough to naturally mature, until it is processed into Lebkuchen only with spices without the addition of eggs, fat, preservatives, flavorings.
Due to the honey in the dough, the Lebkuchen is particularly long-lasting. If the Lebkuchen becomes dry, Grandma Metzger recommends: Put it in a container overnight with a cut apple.
Metzger Lebkuchen pralines are exclusively filled with high-quality Lübeck marzipan with 52% almonds. The particularly tasty, roasted marzipan mass for Metzger Lebkuchen consists exclusively of almonds from the Mediterranean region.
The high-quality chocolate couvertures enchant with an intense chocolate taste, and combine perfectly with the Lebkuchen and the fillings. The chocolate is only made with cocoa butter without the addition of foreign fats and refined with natural Bourbon vanilla.
