Bacanha Sirop Brut is a young company from Paris that produces handcrafted organic syrups in small batches. The name "Bacanha" combines Brazilian roots (meaning "beautiful and good" – where the cane sugar comes from) with ancient festivals in honor of the god Bacchus – a symbol of joie de vivre and sharing.

How to use:
- Mocktail: 2–3 cl with soda, lime wedges, mint and crushed ice
- Cocktail: with white rum for a classic mojito
