Bacanha Sirop Brut is a young company from Paris that produces handcrafted organic syrups in small batches. The name “Bacanha” combines Brazilian roots (meaning “beautiful and good” – where the cane sugar comes from) with ancient festivals in honor of the god Bacchus – a symbol of joie de vivre and sharing.
“Pure nature in a glass” – 100% organic ingredients, cold-pressed, vegan, fair & sustainable. Less sweet (Brix ~60°), without additives. Certified EU organic. Perfect for cocktails, lemonades, desserts, or cooking.
How to use:
- Coffee: 1–2 cl in a cappuccino or latte macchiato
- Milkshake: mix with milk, vanilla ice cream, and ice cubes
- Cocktail: for Amaretto cocktails or a Mai Tai
- Dessert: drizzle over crepes, fruit salad, or yogurt
