Bacanha Sirop Brut is a young company from Paris that produces handmade organic syrups in small batches. The name “Bacanha” combines Brazilian roots (meaning “beautiful and good” – where the cane sugar comes from) with ancient festivals in honor of the god Bacchus – a symbol of joie de vivre and sharing.

How to use:
- Tea: 2 cl in hot water with a slice of lemon – warming on cold days
- Cocktail: in a Moscow Mule with vodka, lime, and soda
- Cooking: for marinades, dressings, and Asian dishes
- Lemonade: pour 2–3 cl with sparkling water and ice
