Bacanha Sirop Brut is a young company from Paris that produces handcrafted organic syrups in small batches. The name “Bacanha” combines Brazilian roots (meaning “beautiful and good” – where the cane sugar comes from) with ancient festivals in honor of the god Bacchus – a symbol of joie de vivre and sharing.
“Pure nature in a glass” – 100% organic ingredients, cold-pressed, vegan, fair & sustainable. Less sweet (Brix ~60°), with no additives. EU organic certified. Also ideal for cooking and baking.
How to use:
- Coffee: 1–2 cl in a latte macchiato or cappuccino for a coffee-house-style hazelnut aroma
- Dessert: drizzle over vanilla ice cream, crepes, or yogurt
- Cocktail: with whiskey, ice and a splash of orange
- Lemonade: pour 2–3 cl with sparkling water and ice
