Bacanha Sirop Brut is a young company from Paris that produces handcrafted organic syrups in small batches. The name “Bacanha” combines Brazilian roots (meaning “beautiful and good” – where the cane sugar comes from) with ancient festivals in honor of the god Bacchus – a symbol of joie de vivre and sharing.

How to use:
- Cocktail: 2 cl in a gin and tonic for a delicate citrus note
- Spritz: with Prosecco, soda and an orange twist
- Tea: a dash in black tea – for an aroma like Earl Grey
- Lemonade: pour with 2–3 cl of soda water and ice
