Starting with varieties from the Hoheit range, such as juicy almond-marzipan pralines, fruity aranzini Lebkuchen pralines and hazelnut-raisin Lebkuchen pralines, the strongly marzipan-oriented varieties with orange or pistachio, as well as hazelnut-rum, coated in milk chocolate join the calendar. The original Metzger honey dough is exclusively "cooked" with honey from Austria and stored in its raw state for over half a year. This allows the dough to mature naturally, until it is processed into Lebkuchen with only spices, without the addition of eggs, fat, preservatives or flavorings.
Metzger Lebkuchen pralines are exclusively filled with high-quality Lübeck marzipan with 52% almonds. The particularly tasty, roasted marzipan mass for Metzger Lebkuchen consists exclusively of almonds from the Mediterranean region.
The high-quality chocolate coatings enchant with an intense chocolate flavor and combine perfectly with the Lebkuchen and the fillings. The chocolate is produced only with cocoa butter without the addition of foreign fats and refined with natural Bourbon vanilla.
