Nutcracker Advent calendar in navy
The Nutcracker Advent calendar in navy comes in an elegant Metzger & Söhne sleeve and is filled with fine Lebkuchen pralines, Lebkuchen and chocolate.
Behind each little door awaits a sweet surprise: 11 different Lebkuchen pralines, Lebkuchen as well as milk, dark and white chocolate.
The classics from our Hoheit range lead the way: juicy almond-marzipan pralines, fruity aranzini Lebkuchen pralines and hazelnut-raisin Lebkuchen pralines. These are complemented by varieties with plenty of marzipan, refined with orange or pistachio, as well as hazelnut-rum, all coated in milk chocolate. Jelly and marzipan dominoes and Lebkuchen jelly cubes are also included. And, of course, the newer creations from the Metzger praline range are not missing: the Mozart praline with pistachio marzipan and fine nougat as well as the poppy-Zwetschken Lebkuchen praline, whose filling is inspired by the Waldviertel.
In our own tradition
Our original Metzger honey dough is exclusively "cooked" with Austrian honey and then allowed to mature undisturbed for half a year. Only then do we process it with fine spices to make Lebkuchen. No eggs, no fat, no preservatives and no flavorings are added.
We fill Metzger Lebkuchen pralines exclusively with high-quality Lübeck marzipan with 52% almond content. The roasted marzipan mass for our Lebkuchen consists only of almonds from the Mediterranean region and is particularly aromatic.
Our chocolate couvertures have an intense chocolate flavor and are the perfect match for Lebkuchen and fillings. They are exclusively made with cocoa butter, without any other fats, and refined with real Bourbon vanilla.
