What would December 6th be without a Lebkuchen Nikolo? Our honey Lebkuchen Nikolo with a bow belongs in the Nikolo bag, in the boot by the door, or as a lovely treat on the desk. He wears a picture and is decorated with walnut and cherry – baked according to the traditional Metzger recipe, Lebkuchen tradition since 1685.

SHIPPING FROM THE END OF OCTOBER
The original Metzger honey dough is "cooked" exclusively with honey from Austria and stored raw for over half a year. This allows the dough to mature naturally, until it is processed into Lebkuchen with only spices, without the addition of eggs, fat, preservatives, and flavorings.
Thanks to the honey in the dough, the Lebkuchen has a particularly long shelf life. If the Lebkuchen becomes dry, Grandma Metzger recommends: put it in a container overnight with a cut apple.
Ingredients: WHEAT FLOUR, honey (35% in the dough), RYE FLOUR, ALMONDS, WALNUTS, candied cherry, yellow sugar, glucose, spices, ammonium, potash.
