This small Metzger Lebkuchen tin impresses with its very high-quality print and vibrant colors and is filled with 9 different Lebkuchen pralines. The flavors include juicy almond-marzipan pralines, fruity Aranzini Lebkuchen pralines, and hazelnut-raisin Lebkuchen pralines, along with the strongly marzipan-oriented varieties with orange or pistachio, as well as hazelnut-rum, which are coated in milk chocolate.
Domino jelly and marzipan cubes, as well as Lebkuchen jelly cubes, also come in the tin. The original Metzger honey dough is exclusively "cooked" with honey from Austria and stored in its raw state for over half a year. This allows the dough to mature naturally, until it is processed into Lebkuchen with only spices and without the addition of eggs, fat, preservatives, or flavorings.
Thanks to the honey in the dough, the Lebkuchen is particularly long-lasting. If the Lebkuchen becomes dry, Oma Metzger recommends: Put it in a tin overnight with a sliced apple.
Metzger Lebkuchen pralines are exclusively filled with high-quality Lübeck marzipan with 52% almonds. The particularly tasty, roasted marzipan mass for Metzger Lebkuchen consists exclusively of almonds from the Mediterranean region.
The high-quality chocolate coatings delight with an intense chocolate flavor and combine perfectly with the Lebkuchen and the fillings. The chocolate is made only with cocoa butter without the addition of foreign fats and refined with natural Bourbon vanilla.
