These are complemented by varieties with plenty of marzipan, refined with orange or pistachio, as well as hazelnut-rum, all coated in milk chocolate. Jelly and marzipan dominoes and Lebkuchen jelly cubes are also included. And, of course, the newer creations from the Metzger praline range are not missing: the Mozart praline with pistachio marzipan and fine nougat as well as the poppy-Zwetschken Lebkuchen praline, whose filling is inspired by the Waldviertel.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn our own tradition\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur original Metzger honey dough is exclusively \"cooked\" with Austrian honey and then allowed to mature undisturbed for half a year.
