Linsbichler saves the Metzger Lebkuchen shop. Lukas Linsbichler, currently a banker in London, comes from the Metzger family, a traditional candle- and Lebkuchen-making dynasty on his mother's side. After the café on the market square was permanently closed, he opened a shop based on the London "pop-up" model.
